To enhance security during the holiday season, we will be implementing a "Holiday Lockdown Procedure."
Therefore, we will shut down all external (incoming) access to our compliance servers from 19 December 2024 until 2 January 2025.
This measure will help ensure the safety and integrity of our systems during the holiday period.We have observed that cyberattacks tend to increase during the holiday season, as many organizations operate with reduced staffing and attackers attempt to exploit these vulnerabilities.
By restricting external access during this time, we aim to mitigate the risk of potential security breaches and protect our data and systems.Please plan accordingly.
External server access will not be available during this time, but internal operations will continue as usual.
If you need your server available from 9 December 2024 until 2 January 2025, we can open it for access - so please let us know as soon as possible.
We will add additional dedicated resources for security monitoring of your servers, and we will bear the extra cost.
You will NOT be billed for this additional holiday monitoring.
